you can continue socialising in the community and keep doing the
things you love to do.

Day Trips
One-on-one
Join us here at our centre for a variety of social group activities.
We can arrange transport to and from your home if needed, and meals are provided.
We also run a program of day trips outside the centre. The Glasshouse Country Care bus will pick you up and take you home.
Visits to your home for companionship.
Activities outside the home.
Help with shopping, errands and getting to appointments.
Support to access recreational activities and outings in the community.
